# Welcome to Messages

The **Messages** tool in Converlens is your system for creating and managing outbound email and web-page broadcast communications. Whether you need to send updates, newsletters, or share project information, Messages makes it simple.

Here’s what you can do with Messages:

* **Broadcast Mail**: Send broadcast email messages to your contact lists.
* **Compose**: Use the intuitive message composer to design, preview, and test your messages before sending.
* **Message management**: Organise messages into folders, filter by status, duplicate drafts, and review sent message analytics.
* **Mailing List Management**: Organise and manage your recipient lists from Contacts. Add or remove contacts, manage subscriptions, and create tailored communication groups.
