# Chart types

To quickly change the chart type select the desired chart icon on the left side of the Stage window:

* **Bar:** Compare values using vertical bars.
* **Row:** Compare values using horizontal bars.
* **Line:** Show values connected by a line, often used for trends.
* **Area:** Show a line chart with the area beneath the line filled.
* **Pie:** Show proportions as segments of a circle.
* **Dot:** Show values as individual dots.
* **Radar:** Compare values across multiple axes.
* **Number:** Show a single metric or value.
