# Send to report

The send to report option will send the current visualisation to an existing or new report. Send to report is located next to the Preview button on the top of the Stage window:

Click Send to Report to send the current visualisation to a new or existing report in the project. The Send to Report menu will display:

You will be prompted to send to an Existing report or to Create a new report.

## Send to existing report

To send to an existing report select “Existing” from the Send to Report menu. Find the name of the report you would like to send the visualisation to and select it. The report title will highlight when selected. Click the “Send →” button.

## Send to a new report

To create a new report to send the chart or visualisation to click the “+Create new” tab from the Send to Report menu. Enter a name for the new report in the text box. Click the “Send →” button when complete:

## Accessing visualisations and reports

The Send to Report menu will close and return to the Analyse view. A confirmation message will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the stage window. Click “Go to Report” to open the Report the visualisation was sent to.

Alternatively, the Reports tab can be accessed via the Projects Navigation Bar:
