# Status

To access the Status field filter from the Analyse view click on Filter to open the Filter panel options. Status is located underneath Date:

The Status dropdown filter is applicable to surveys that have enabled response publishing in the survey Design settings. This function enables control of reviewing, publishing and flagging responses. See more in [Publishing Responses](/docs/01-03-04-05-08__publishing-responses).

The status filter options include:

* **All statuses**: Show all results
* **Unreviewed:** Show results that have not been reviewed for publication
* **Reviewed:** Show only results that have been reviewed for publication
* **Published:** Show only reviewed results that have been published
* **Not published:** Show only reviewed results that have been reviewed as “do not publish”
* **Flagged:** Show only results that have been flagged
* **Archive:** Show results that have been moved to recycle bin

To filter by status, click the All Statuses dropdown menu. Select the required status. Click "Apply” in the bottom right corner of the Filter panel. Results will refresh with the filtered status only:
