# Submission Actions

Submission Actions enables you to interact with the submission through actions such as downloading as PDF, exporting, moving to archive, restoring archived submissions, copying an editable draft link where available, and viewing the unique submission ID or metadata.

## Download as PDF

Click on Download as PDF to download the submission to your device. Check your device and browser download settings to locate the file.

## Export as Word or CSV

Click on Export as Word or CSV to open the download options. Select your required format and click “Export” to get a copy of the submission. Check your device and browser download settings to locate the file.

## Move to Archive

Archiving hides the submission from both public and private view and removes it from analysis (Words & Terms, Clusters, Related Quotes, Data Sets, Analyse visualisations etc) until restored. To archive a submission, click "Move to Archive." Converlens will open a confirmation window. Click "OK," and the submission will be archived. An "Archived" label will appear in the Submission Details of the Submission Reader. In the Explore - Results view, the submission will also display an "Archived" label. To restore an archived submission, open it from the Explore - Results view and select Restore. The submission will be restored and available to view and analyse.

## Permanently Delete

If delete is available to your role, click “Permanently Delete” from the Submission Actions menu in Submission Reader. Converlens will open a popup confirmation. Click “OK” and the submission will be permanently removed.

Please be cautious when deleting a result, as this action cannot be undone. In many cases, using a flag, a label, or the archiving tool will be sufficient to manage the submission without permanently removing it

## ID

The ID number is the unique identifier for that submission.
