# Submission Details

Submission Details sits at the top of the Submission Reader overlay.

### Result Number

The result number, located in the top left corner, indicates the position of the current submission among all received submissions, typically listed chronologically. For example, if your survey generated 50 submissions and the current submission shows a result count of 18, it signifies that this submission was the 18th received out of the total 50.

### Name

The display name serves as the title for the submission in the submission details. You can set display names in the Build tab within single-line text block types.

If no block has been designated as the Display Name, the result will appear as 'Anonymous' in the Name section of the Submission Details.

### Date

The date will show based on the date the submission was submitted to the data space (survey).

**Note:** In the event the submission is deleted by an analyst and re-uploaded, the date will show as the re-upload date. Keep a note of the original dates if required.

### Review status (if response publishing is enabled)

If response publishing has been enabled for this data space, a submission review status will display in the Submission Details.

* Unreviewed: Submission has not been reviewed and marked publish or do not publish
* Published: Submission has been reviewed and published
* Private: Submission has been marked private (cannot be published)
* Anonymous: Submission has been marked anonymous
* Not published: Submission has been marked ‘Do Not Publish’
* Flagged: Submission has been flagged

### Tags

If a submission has tags applied at a record level (not as codes), these tags will be displayed in the Submission Details beneath the Name. You can easily manage these tags by selecting the tag icon located underneath the submission number to apply new tags or remove existing ones at the record level.
