# Submission Navigation Bar

The Submission Navigation Bar enables you to switch between four tabs: Review to read all question responses, Words & Terms for a breakdown of key terms and phrases, Discuss to add team comments, and History for a record of major changes to the submission.

### Review

The Review tab presents the submission text and answers to each question block within the data space. Navigate between questions using the scroll bar. For further guidance on interacting with the submission text and answers, refer to [Submission View](/docs/01-03-04-05-10-05__submission-view).

**Note:** If some question blocks were not mandatory the submission may be missing answers from certain questions if the respondent chose not to provide an answer to that particular block.

### Words & Terms

The Words & Terms tab shows the breakdown of language in the submission. This is broken down into 4 categories:

* **Terms & Phrases:** identifies specific terms and phrases frequently mentioned in the submission. It helps identify recurring themes, popular topics, or significant concepts that emerge from the data.
* **People & Places:** identifies names of individuals, organisations, or locations mentioned in the submission. It helps recognise key figures or geographical areas mentioned in the dataset.
* **Nouns:** captures common nouns found in the submission. It allows for an understanding of the objects, ideas, or entities frequently referenced by respondents.
* **Frequent words:** highlights words that appear most frequently in the submission. By identifying these commonly used words, it helps uncover the prevailing sentiments, popular opinions, or significant keywords within the dataset.

**Note:** If the result has a low word count, some categories of Words & Terms may not display due to insufficient data.

### Discuss

The Discuss tab serves as a collaborative space for you and your team to leave comments related to the submission, providing a centralised platform for discussion. To add a comment, type in the text box, then click the blue comment button to submit. To edit or delete your comment, simply hover over it and select the respective option.

### History

The History tab provides a record of the major state changes to the result/record. This is a list of all changes applied, including adding tags, editing response text, editing publishing settings and applying codes to text.
