# Toolbar
The reports toolbar is where you can interact with the settings for your report.
## Report Menu Arrow
To navigate back to the Reports Menu click the `<` arrow button.
## Report Title
Type directly into the textbox in the Toolbar to edit the report title. This will also show in the report title block of the report builder. See [Creating Reports](/docs/01-03-04-06-01__creating-reports) for more detail.
## Report Status (Active/Draft)
Reports have two statuses:
* **Draft**: Visible only to admins and editors. Cannot be published or shared.
* **Active**: Visible to logged in team or project members and can be published.
To share your report with team members in the Project and workspace, change the report status from Draft to Active. Click on the dropdown Status menu from the Report toolbar. The current status will have a blue highlight around it. Click on Active to enable sharing report with team members. To change your report to Draft, click on the dropdown Status menu and select Draft. The current status of your report will show in the Reports toolbar.
## Report Widget Quick Add
Click on the + button to quickly add a widget into your report. Clicking on the button will open a dropdown menu. Select the widget you want to add to your report by clicking on it. For more information about Report Widgets see [Report Widgets](/docs/01-03-04-06-06__report-widgets).
The widgets will always show at the bottom of the Report Builder however this button is useful when you have a long report and don’t want to scroll all the way down to add in a new chart, overview or text block.
## Filters
View, add and edit report filters by clicking the Filters button.
* Always show report filter badges: Toggle on/off to display the filter badge over all charts and widgets within that filter.

## Settings
Edit the layout of the Report Builder by clicking on the Settings button.
* Page layout: Change the page layout to regular width, good for websites and embeds.
* Wide layout: Change the layout to a full-width landscape layout with no padding.
* Show layout outlines: Toggle on/off to show outlines on report widget blocks.
## Report Preview
Preview what the report will look like when published by clicking on the Preview button. This will open an overlay showing the report preview. From the overlay you can also Publish (see below). To exit the preview menu, click the X in the top right corner of the overlay.
## Publish
To publish your report click on the Publish button.
This will open a popup menu where you can edit the Publish settings. For more information on report sharing and publishing see [Sharing and Publishing Reports](/docs/01-03-04-06-08__sharing-and-publishing-reports).
## Kebab Menu (Additional Settings)
Click on the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) for additional settings. A dropdown menu will appear where you can toggle whether the report is Editable (locked/unlocked), duplicate the report, or delete the report.
### Editable
To lock a report so no further edits can be made, click the kebab menu (3 vertical dots). A dropdown menu will appear. The Editable option slider will be on (blue) for the report to be edited. To lock a report, click on the slider to turn off Editing (grey).
Only workspace/project admins can lock and unlock reports.
### Delete
To delete a report, click the kebab menu (3 vertical dots). A dropdown menu will appear. Click Delete to delete the report. A confirmation pop up will show. Click OK and the report will be deleted.
There is no way to recover a deleted report. Take care when deleting reports.
